Currently we only accept PayPal, the creditcard is coming soon.

All payment processing is handled directly by PayPal. MyLifeUNIT is not given any payment information. Please verify the following and contact PayPal if the problem persists.

Shipping is free for all of our products, but there will be extra charge if you want to receive your order faster, you can contact with us by e-mail for this situation.

To change the address of an unpackaged order (order status: Pending Payment), you can edit your new address on your order page.

To change the address of an unpackaged or packaged order (order status: Payment Confirmed), please kindly contact with us by e-mail service@mylifeunit.com, we will help you to change the new address, please note that we are not able to change it if your package has been sent out.

If the price has dropped before the shipment, you can request a partial refund for the price difference here.  Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process.

Please verify that your payment is confirmed and none of the items are back ordered or sold out. If the issue persists then please contact us.

We will ship your orders in 2 days and our system will send you a notify e-mail with the tracking number of your order automatically. The delivery time is depends on your location, usually it will take 10-20 days to US.
